Winston Salem area gyms?

I was curious to see what gyms you use, especially in the Winston-Salem and Mocksville areas...

I'm thinking about the YMCA... just not sure yet.

I am from southern Winston Salem and I love Triangle Fitness. It is open 24/7 and has lots of classes and offers sauna as well as personal trainers.
